Aurorae,
2015
360˚ fulldome show
Beyond myth and legend, how is the majestic spectacle of the Northern Lights explained scientifically?
To help us grasp the phenomenon, Aurorae takes us on a journey from the core of the Earth to the surface of the sun, passing through the immense magnetosphere which protects our planet from solar radiation. This is one of the very first planetarium shows to feature 6k digital captures of the aurora borealis, obtained in the field, in the Northwest Territories of Canada.

Driven by the rhythms of DJ Champion (Maxime Morin), the show helps us understand what we see, without killing the magic, as if we were there, spared from the discomfort of the cold….
